I purchased a system from Spice Kitchens Ltd. on November 11, 1982. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Gwen V. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
