Overcharged by Spice Kitchens Ltd. for service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1724-LHB-8618 placed with Spice Kitchens Ltd. on October 22, 1970. I paid $210.72 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Morris U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
