I purchased a package from PrimeTrade Tampines on March 25, 1990. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Jenifer L. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I appreciate PrimeTrade Tampines reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement fitness tracker has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
