Overcharged by ExcelCenter for service

On June 19, 2012, I signed up for ExcelCenter's exchange program at their Fritschburgh, Michigan location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $834.40, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Audreanne Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 24, 2025 05:23I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from ExcelCenter called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
