Refund refused by Bites & Group
Complaint Details
On November 7, 2008, I signed up for Bites & Group's warranty service at their Feestshire, Tennessee location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $761.99, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Dandre A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 12, 2025 05:51I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The jeans from Bites & Group not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
