Refund refused by Bites & Group
Complaint Details
On March 5, 2010, I signed up for Bites & Group's upgrade service at their Port Destineyburgh, Mississippi location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $949.8, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lorna G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 25, 2025 05:29I've received an email from Alex Thomas at Bites & Group offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The handbag was clearly defective from the start.
