I am writing regarding order #ORD-5653-RHJ-6942 placed with Bites & Group on May 26, 1980. I paid $157.24 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Garnett R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I appreciate Bites & Group reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement athletic shoes has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
