I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Marianne J. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I appreciate The Essential Life Alliance reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement smartphone has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
