I purchased a plan from The Essential Life Alliance on October 19, 1991. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Nicklaus F. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I'm updating my complaint because The Essential Life Alliance finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the smartphone, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
