I am writing regarding order #ORD-9074-VUQ-3057 placed with Consulting Associates, Associates Baltimore International on May 16, 2022. I paid $482.61 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kacie J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I want to acknowledge that Consulting Associates, Associates Baltimore International has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $407.94 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $407.94 for a specialty coffee that never worked properly.
