I am writing regarding order #ORD-1458-HWQ-7880 placed with Superior Space on February 3, 2014. I paid $544.72 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Myrna D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
