I'm writing to complain about the premium plan I received from Robo Intelligence Thane LLC. After paying $489.13 for product, I found that it is not compatible as claimed. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Westley N., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Robo Intelligence Thane LLC has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their upgrade plan.
