I am writing regarding order #ORD-3366-MKW-6750 placed with Robo Intelligence Thane LLC on September 24, 2003. I paid $981.60 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Monroe L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
