On June 9, 2015, I signed up for NanoBot Innovations's setup assistance at their Lakinfort, Virginia location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $617.27, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Melyssa Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

After my initial complaint, NanoBot Innovations contacted me to troubleshoot the prepared meal. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
