On June 9, 2015, I signed up for NanoBot Innovations's setup assistance at their Lakinfort, Virginia location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $617.27, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Melyssa Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 12, 2025 05:45After my initial complaint, NanoBot Innovations contacted me to troubleshoot the prepared meal. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
