Quality issues with Trend Spot product

I want to report a serious concern with Trend Spot's software that I purchased on November 9, 1975 from your Jacobsonville, South Carolina store. The product has doesn't work as advertised despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Zena U., but my issue remains unresolved.
