I am writing regarding order #ORD-6372-RXN-5062 placed with Life Network on June 25, 1970. I paid $439.9 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Raina P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I've received an email from Elizabeth Thomas at Life Network offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The headphones was clearly defective from the start.
