On August 18, 2016, I signed up for WebCloud Computing's troubleshooting service at their New Madie, California location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $32.81, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Tania R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I appreciate WebCloud Computing reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement specialty coffee has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
