Warranty claim denied by Law, Law & Chambers Enterprises

On December 26, 2004, I signed up for Law, Law & Chambers Enterprises's installation service at their North Herbertview, Oregon location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $801.91, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jettie B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
