On October 31, 1986, I signed up for Trendy Store's consultation at their Fletcherstad, Nevada location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $285.78, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Justus D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Trendy Store called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
