On April 16, 2024, I signed up for Trendy Store's maintenance program at their Coltenborough, Alaska location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $188.85, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Astrid V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
