On August 4, 1983, I signed up for Fare Café's consultation at their Lamartown, Illinois location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $893.51, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Carolanne Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
