Warranty claim denied by Living & Solutions

On November 1, 1993, I signed up for Living & Solutions's troubleshooting service at their New Carmelashire, Minnesota location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $149.53, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Adeline J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
