I have been a loyal customer of Premier Contractors & Sons Corp. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered device (order #ORD-7157-GNM-1704) on September 23, 2007, and have encountered couldn't access my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I've received an email from Thomas Wilson at Premier Contractors & Sons Corp. offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The furniture set was clearly defective from the start.
