Frustrated with Premier Contractors & Sons Corp.'s lack of response

I have been a loyal customer of Premier Contractors & Sons Corp. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered device (order #ORD-7157-GNM-1704) on September 23, 2007, and have encountered couldn't access my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 05, 2025 05:16I've received an email from Thomas Wilson at Premier Contractors & Sons Corp. offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The furniture set was clearly defective from the start.
