On November 23, 2013, I signed up for Homes Development's warranty service at their Port Wellingtonside, Virginia location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $695.59, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Billie O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
