I am writing regarding order #ORD-9956-UYY-7509 placed with Homes Development on January 20, 1987. I paid $593.48 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Lauren C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

After my initial complaint, Homes Development contacted me to troubleshoot the kitchen knife set. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
