On October 1, 2018, I signed up for Homes Development's repair service at their East Adolphus, Michigan location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $977.14, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ellen H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
