I have been a loyal customer of The Quality Dishes for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered package (order #ORD-8353-PTM-3959) on August 16, 1987, and have encountered encountered rude staff. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
