I purchased a account from The Quality Dishes on June 25, 2010. Shortly after using it, I experienced encountered rude staff. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Georgiana Y. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
