I have been a loyal customer of The Quality Dishes for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered gadget (order #ORD-6925-QGE-9233) on May 28, 1988, and have encountered experienced frequent disconnections. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
