Unsatisfactory resolution from Structures Bros

I want to report a serious concern with Structures Bros's software that I purchased on March 24, 1995 from your Lake Lyda, Michigan store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Muhammad C., but my issue remains unresolved.
