I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Taurean W., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from The Smart Scholars called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
