On January 6, 2019, I signed up for The Smart Scholars's warranty service at their Luciehaven, Massachusetts location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $247.46, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Joany S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
