Frustrated with The Smart Scholars's lack of response

On November 16, 1970, I signed up for The Smart Scholars's exchange program at their Annabelchester, Montana location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $954.38, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Meggie U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
