On August 5, 1995, I signed up for HyperCode Mexico City's installation service at their North Neoma, Wyoming location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $723.19, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Hattie L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
