Unsatisfactory resolution from Land & Services Murcia

On September 2, 1973, I signed up for Land & Services Murcia's premium plan at their Lake Daija, Wyoming location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $82.34, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Hermann Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 13, 2025 05:21Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $309.49 refund only covers part of what I paid for the premium account, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
