I'm writing to complain about the setup assistance I received from Counsel & Advisors Inc.. After paying $323.10 for gadget, I found that it is missing essential components. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Godfrey S., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

May 23, 2025 06:04I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The organic produce box from Counsel & Advisors Inc. not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
