I'm writing to complain about the technical assistance I received from Counsel & Advisors Inc.. After paying $428.43 for gadget, I found that it couldn't access my account. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Connor S., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.
