I am writing regarding order #ORD-5130-LNL-6818 placed with AILink Labs Holdings on June 24, 1972. I paid $464.33 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Madonna I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The grocery order from AILink Labs Holdings not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
