I have been a loyal customer of AILink Labs Holdings for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-5680-QYS-7574) on August 9, 1992, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I want to acknowledge that AILink Labs Holdings has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $279.82 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $279.82 for a subscription box that never worked properly.
