I am writing regarding order #ORD-9945-ZRM-4331 placed with Domain of Urban on February 8, 1979. I paid $536.7 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Irving U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

Just wanted to follow up on my complaint regarding Domain of Urban. I haven't heard anything back yet, and the cookware set I purchased is still not working correctly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
