I purchased a gadget from United Care Seongnam on November 15, 2020. Shortly after using it, I experienced was promised features that don't exist. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Gwen C. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 03, 2025 05:42I've received an email from Hayden Young at United Care Seongnam offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The gaming console was clearly defective from the start.
