Quality issues with Modern Buy Angers product

I want to report a serious concern with Modern Buy Angers's system that I purchased on March 28, 1972 from your Port Marisa, New Mexico store. The product has was damaged upon delivery despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Lucie A., but my issue remains unresolved.
