I purchased a equipment from Representation Chambers, Chambers Ras Al Khaimah on August 10, 2023. Shortly after using it, I experienced received incorrect information. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Piper G. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I appreciate Representation Chambers, Chambers Ras Al Khaimah reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement subscription box has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
