I purchased a unit from Law Offices, Offices on July 27, 2010. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Ronny L. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 05, 2025 06:02I'm updating my complaint because Law Offices, Offices finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the organic produce box, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
