I want to report a serious concern with Savory Gastro Restaurants's service that I purchased on December 14, 2008 from your New Dedrickberg, Arkansas store. The product has experienced long delays despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Kenna F., but my issue remains unresolved.
