On July 22, 1994, I signed up for The Integrated Vitality Professionals's technical assistance at their Austinchester, California location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $69.75, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Adelia V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
