I want to report a serious concern with The Integrated Vitality Professionals's tool that I purchased on July 10, 2018 from your Abshiremouth, Oregon store. The product has is missing essential components despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Benny C., but my issue remains unresolved.
