On February 20, 2010, I signed up for Development Group Enterprises's installation service at their Port Mossietown, District of Columbia location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $204.21, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Linda H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
