On February 20, 2010, I signed up for Development Group Enterprises's installation service at their Port Mossietown, District of Columbia location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $204.21, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Linda H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I'm updating my complaint because Development Group Enterprises finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the kitchen knife set, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
