I am writing regarding order #ORD-2946-GEN-1713 placed with Advocate, Advocate & Practice on May 11, 1989. I paid $30.34 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Anibal W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
