I want to report a serious concern with Defense Advisors of Reliable Ltd.'s gadget that I purchased on July 9, 2019 from your East Mireille, Wisconsin store. The product has stopped working after two weeks despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Joana D., but my issue remains unresolved.
